Who do you ship through?
We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service or UPS. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email you provided. You can track your package at www.usps.com or www.ups.com
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually shipped out within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday and the weekends will go out the next week. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
How do I exchange an item?
All sales of jewelry, accessories, monogrammed items, and SALE items are FINAL. No exceptions.
Returnable merchandise will only be exchanged or store credit will be given. No cash or credit card refunds of any form.
Items must be returned for exchange or store credit within 10 business days. Due to the limited quantity of our merchandise, we cannot guarantee that the item you want to exchange will be available when we receive your return. We strongly recommend that you place a new order for the item you are wanting in order to make sure you get it.
All items returnable must have tags on them. If the item has been worn or has any odor, the item will not be exchanged or store credit will not be given.
The item must have a receipt.
All shipping costs on returns are at the customer's expense.
All items must be received by The Market of Victoria within 14 days of the original receipt to be issued a store credit.
Please include your name, order number and contact information and the reason for return. Do NOT use the shoebox as a shipping container.
